Radius won the prestigious Sloan Award in 2005. We continue the workplace practices that resulted in this award. The Sloan award is part of “When Work Works,” a national project on workplace flexibility and effectiveness from the Families and Work Institute in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for a Competitive Workforce and the Twiga Foundation. Radius employees were interviewed about our company culture and access to flexible work programs. Award judges found that Radius demonstrates an exceptional level of understanding about the importance of workplace flexibility that allows employees to balance home, community, and work.
